Privacy Policy

I don’t personally use cookies, pop-ups, pop-unders etc. and am not able to identify or track individuals using the site.

Some of the third-party services and advertisers on this site may well place cookies on your browser or use web beacons for gathering information. Google, for example, uses a DART cookie so it can serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the Internet.

For the purposes of managing my newsletters, your email address is stored at a third-party email service (currently MailChimp) who provide the email list management and delivery services I use to actually publish the newsletter. This third party only has those addresses so they can send my emails to you. They do not have any other rights over those addresses and use them for no other purpose. This is normal practice.

You can learn about cookies, web beacons, and managing cookies with your browser. You can opt out specifically of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

Basically, I don’t invade your privacy. I respect your anonymity until such time as you actively decide to identify yourself in an email, comments, or otherwise. The information you do submit will be used to provide services you request, and provide offers and information regarding products and services.

I respect the privacy and confidentiality of any information you do choose to send me, whether via email or otherwise. Which means it doesn’t get passed on to others, unless the courts force me to or it’s necessary to fulfill the request you made of me. I do not share your information with, or sell it to, other marketers without your permission. I also do not share personally identifiable information with affiliates as well as vendors we’ve hired to assist in providing products and services.

If you have any questions about this policy or something else related to this blog, feel free to contact me.
